The last cold front dropped the water temperature down to the 69 to 70 degree range. Peacock bass are tropical fish and totally shut down.
We've been catching a few peacock, large mouth, and an occasional snake head (pungi) in the 2 pound range.
I would call it tough fishing these last few weeks.
